Straight Tubing
IMCO’s own tube mill manufactures straight exhaust tubing daily in 15 diameters. Customers may choose from 1-1/2" to 6" diameters in various lengths of 14, 15 and 16 gauge AKDQ Aluminized.
The installation of a new CFI2 solid state, high-frequency welder has computerized capability to synchronize weld power to speed. This ensures continuous power to the load resulting in superior weld quality under all operating conditions.
To further advance quality control, an eddy current weld monitor inspects the weld zone as all tubing is produced. IMCO spray coats molten aluminum on weld seams of all aluminized tubing which significantly reduces the problem of early rust out.
Flash control tubing for mandrel bending along with 409 stainless steel and 304 polished steel is also available.
